About the Ranch

1894 Baxter Ranch is a family-owned and operated cattle company, proudly and ethically pasturing-raising Wagyu and Black Angus. At their homestead in Bend, TX, multigenerational Texans Stephen Baxter, Weston McCoury, and their families lead the operations and are committed to producing premium-quality beef.

Our 50/50 Texas Black Angus and Wagyu beef is grass-fed, silage and brewers’ grain finished. All cuts are individually vacuumed-sealed for optimal freshness. Our cattle are raised in our pastures and sent for processing between 1400-1500 lbs.

Daily operations at 1894 Baxter Ranch also include the  farming of hay, fruit and vegetables, chickens, Dorper sheep and goats.
